About the Style: Our oven gloves cover both hands when busy in the kitchen, featuring 100% British wool wadding, contrast binding and a handy hanging loop. Made in the UK. 84cm x 20cm.
About the Print: This print was inspired by the cave paintings made many thousands of years ago, as well as the simple cut out techniques of Matisse’s artwork. You can find hidden animals amongst the shapes if you look carefully. The original artwork was created with ink on paper.
About the Fabric: Outer made from our linen-cotton blend. The cloth is woven and printed especially for us in Turkey. Please note, a slight slubbing can occur on linen. This is part of its charm and gives the cloth its coveted vintage feel. Do not pick or snip at the slubs! They are part of the fabric's character and intrinsic to its structure. The oven gloves are filled with 100% wool from British sheep, which has natural anti-bacterial and insulating properties - a natural alternative to polyester filling.
